At the minnow PROJECT, atmosphere is everything. A casual and relaxing environment is a big part of keeping the creative juices flowing. Yet when urgency abounds, we kick it into gear to meet deadlines and provide addictive customer and creative service.

Our studio occupies two spacious levels of what used to be the Pepperberg Cigar Factory nestled in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket. Inside you won't find cubicles or fancy conference rooms; instead, you will be greeted with inviting wood floors, original brick walls and our "think it over" area. Here we toss around the week's ideas over a serious (or not so serious) game of pool and a cold beverage.

Oddly enough, the word "cult," being a part of "culture" describes us too. Not in a creepy, we have plans to ride comet Hale-Bopp way, but in a big dysfunctional family sort-of-way. We all admire one another's uniqueness and skills, enjoy one another's company, and experience many adventures together. Annual adventures include tubing down the Niobrara River, deep sea fishing in Costa Rica, attending the occasional rock concert, and let’s not forget tailgating pre-game for Nebraska football.
